Yep, you guessed it, that’s me! And look where that statement got me? It got me here, writing my first post on my very own…blog. lol
But hey! As I’ve always told my students, never say never. Life can take you in all sorts of directions and the things you couldn’t imagine yourself doing can sort of miraculously turn you into the person you were meant to be.
So, now that I’ve put that out there, maybe I should touch on what I did think I’d do. I knew I was independent and ambitious. I knew I loved children. I knew I loved my past teachers. I knew I wanted a career that would be as fulfilling as a job can be. I knew that teaching was my calling, enriching my students minds and hearts was my passion and making a connection with my students in order to make a difference in their lives was more rewarding than I could have ever imagined.
With all that, here’s to new beginnings, making the most out of life and making a difference in others’ lives!
